CWPAN  CARDI  2012

The Cardi Cup has been established for new teams local to the Llandysul area.  

This competition will run alongside the Wild West Cup but is specifically for teams that have little or no experience of Touch.  The entry fee is lower than the main competition in order to allow new teams to try the game at a low cost.  

Enter a squad of up to 14 players in one of the following two divisions*
  • Men's Cardi (MC)
  • Mixed Cardi (MXC)**

The tournament fee for teams competing in the Cardi Cup on Sunday 6th May 2012 is £59.00 - this includes: 
  • Registration to the event for 6 - 14 players
  • Games officiated by official European Touch qualified referees

* At least four team entries are needed for each division to go ahead, in the event of not enough teams entering a full refund will be given
** Mixed teams must field at least three females and at least two males at all times

Teams are guaranteed to play a minimum of two games throughout the tournament.  Games are to be 15 minutes each way with five minutes break at half time.

Matt is a qualified coach in a number of different sports including Touch as well as being a qualified sport tutor.  He can run a session to help show your team the basics of the game and gain a better understanding of Touch prior to the competition.
